A crowd began to gather at the exit gate as the results were announced Tuesday for the Maturity Intermediate/Limited Open Western Pleasure at the 2026 NSBA World Show. That gathering of friends was there to celebrate Lauren Dowdy’s ride on The Whoo for Linda Sargent!
Not only were Lauren and The Whoo crowned Bronze Champions in the open, but they won a World Championship in the Limited Division!
Normally, “Wyatt” is shown by Linda Sargent and by Shane Dowdy, but it was Lauren’s time to shine. Watch her EC winner’s interview about what sets this multiple world champion apart.
