Not long ago, Amateur Julie Hoefling changed from an all-around horse to a different kind of all-around horse: a mare who excels in Ranch events, along with horsemanship, showmanship and halter. After she won the L1 Amateur Ranch on the Rail at the 2022 Fall Championship, and because the ranch events have become extremely popular, we decided to ask her what had influenced her to come to love Ranch classes.
